I am ready to place an order. How do I do this?

Use whatever method is most convenient for you. We accept orders via phone, fax, and e-mail. You may use manufacturers part numbers or the EZ numbers shown in our catalog.

How do I buy products online?

If you are an existing customer, simply go to the Online Catalog tab and then click on Set Up New Log-in.   Submit your request for a new log-in.  You will be contact shortly with information about your assigned user name and password.

If you are a new customer, you may go to Contact Us and Request Information to initiate a request to set up a new customer account with corresponding access to our online catalog.

What are your business hours and Will Call hours?
Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the local time zone for any given branch. Will Call pick-up is available during these hours. Orders may be placed via the internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

Can I purchase material from you without being charged tax?
Yes. You can purchase material without being charged tax if you provide a tax exempt certificate. Please contact your local branch to obtain a Tax Exemption Form and for further information.

What if I need product information that is not shown in the catalog?
For additional product information you can go to the Product Information tab on this website and go directly to the appropriate manufacturer link. Or, you can call, fax, or e-mail us to let us know what kind of information you need. To request information by e-mail, simple go to the Contact Us tab and then Request Information.
